What elements of the genre that you like

The sound used and how it can be in the movie nicely and completes the scene or movie well. The diegetic sound in some drama films are amazing as it improves a scene like the noise of a charge army or a person singing a song can improve a scene greatly, and sound Motifs are also good as it gives a shorthand on who is in a scene for example in Star Wars there is a Motif of the use of the force something small like lifting a rock same more important in the scene. So Motifs is great and can improve the moment ten fold.  

What elements of the genre do not appeal to you?

The Dialogue and Close ups can take me out of the movie as sometime the Dialogue can be cluck and rough, and the close up can be unnecessary and lower a scene for example there is a moment a character is talking and the words don't fit then boom a close up on a character that was not importation to the scene and is not doing something important to the plot.

 I wrote a script but due to some pacing issues I had to rewrite some of it to work. As I rewrite it I also rework the story a little bit for it to work better. The plot of the film is a man is robbed of his rent money and has only a month to make the money back. I'm still waiting to get the rights to a song. I had to connect many people to getting the rights to use the song. I currently have an emotional dilemma I need to get over quickly. I can't tell my friend the truth about this project.  One of my favorite personal genres. Comedy!!! Personally one of the genres out there, because who doesn't want to have a good laugh at times. These are the most common types of camera angles and shots for a comedy.
